Description

Enjoy a delicious, crispy, and cheesy wrap made with air-fried chicken and melty mozzarella. These Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (approximately 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.

2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the basket.

4. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

5. Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer.

6. On each tortilla, place a layer of fresh spinach, followed by shredded mozzarella cheese and the cooked chicken strips.

7. Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.

8. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket seam-side down.

9. Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden.

10. Remove the wraps from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice each wrap in half.

11. Serve with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

You can modify the seasoning to your taste—try cayenne pepper for heat or Italian herbs for added depth.

Add vegetables like bell peppers, red onion, or mushrooms to boost the nutrition and flavor.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure the wraps get evenly crispy.
