Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup marinara sauce
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Optional: Red pepper flakes
Optional: Extra garlic cloves
Optional: Fresh oregano

Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Place seasoned chicken in slow cooker.
3. In a bowl, combine chicken broth, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning.
4. Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
6. In final 30 minutes, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
7. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
