Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
Mini chocolate chips
Strawberry or raspberry jam
Chia seeds or flax seeds
Honey drizzle
Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
Instructions
1. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them more flexible.
2. Lay one tortilla flat and spread about 3 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly across the surface.
3. Place one peeled banana along the edge of the tortilla.
4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana like a burrito.
5. Repeat with the second tortilla and banana.
6. Slice each roll into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
7. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Notes
Choose bananas that are ripe but not mushy for best results.
Microwave firm peanut butter for 10 seconds to make it easier to spread.
Add optional toppings to customize flavor and texture—great for picky eaters or fun variety.
Wrap roll ups individually for lunchboxes or freeze for a cold treat on hot days.
Makes about 4 kid-sized servings or 2 adult servings.
