Description
These colorful Kool-Aid Grapes are sweet, tangy, and irresistibly fun. Made with just two ingredients, they’re the perfect frozen snack for kids and adults alike—ideal for parties, summer treats, or playful after-school bites.
Ingredients
Fresh green grapes – about 3 pounds
Kool-Aid mix – 6 ounces (multiple flavors like Cherry, Grape, Tropical Punch, or Lemon-Lime)
Instructions
1. Spread washed grapes on a baking tray in a single layer and freeze for 1 hour to firm them up.
2. Remove grapes from the freezer and gently pull them off the stems.
3. Place the de-stemmed grapes in a colander and rinse under cool water to help the Kool-Aid stick.
4. Divide grapes into separate zip-top bags, one for each Kool-Aid flavor.
5. Add one packet of Kool-Aid mix to each bag, seal, and shake well to coat the grapes evenly.
6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated grapes out in a single layer.
7. Freeze for 24 hours until fully frozen and candy-like in texture.
8. Serve straight from the freezer in bowls or snack cups for a refreshing, colorful treat.
Notes
You can mix and match Kool-Aid flavors to create a rainbow effect. Sugar-free Kool-Aid also works well for a lower-sugar version. This is a great recipe to make with kids—they’ll love shaking the bags and choosing flavors!
