1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cheese tortellini

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
2. Add chicken broth and minced garlic to the crockpot.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
4. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred using two forks.
5. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.

Notes
Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter option.
Add vegetables like spinach or broccoli in the last 30 minutes for extra nutrition.
Great for meal prep—reheats well throughout the week.
Ensure tortellini is fully submerged in liquid for even cooking.
