Tender chicken breasts slow-cooked with creamy soups, jasmine rice, and savory onion soup mix—this Crock Pot No Peek Chicken with Rice is a comforting, hands-off dinner favorite.


Ingredients

2 cups white Jasmine rice

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1¼ cups chicken stock

3 teaspoons minced garlic

½ teaspoon black pepper

lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet Lipton® onion soup mix

2 tablespoons fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.

2. Add rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, garlic, and black pepper to the bottom of the crock pot. Mix well to combine.

3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.

4. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chicken, then top with fresh parsley.

5. Cover with the lid and cook on HIGH for 3½ hours or LOW for 5–6 hours. Do not open the lid while cooking.

6. Once the chicken is fully cooked and tender, serve hot. You can shred the chicken in the pot or serve it whole.

Notes

Avoid lifting the lid during cooking to maintain proper steam and heat levels.

You can use brown rice, but it may require a longer cooking time and additional liquid.

Add a splash of milk or cream at the end if you prefer an even creamier texture.
