Ingredients
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions
1. Place halved baby potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
