- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced into strips
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
6. Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet, tossing until the pasta is fully coated in the Alfredo sauce.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed with extra salt or pepper.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition.
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
- Pairs perfectly with garlic bread or a crisp green salad.
