Ingredients
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Garlic cloves
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions
- Grease the inside of your slow cooker or use a liner.
- Add cream, butter, garlic, and cream cheese. Stir gently.
- Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through.
- In the last 30 minutes, add grated parmesan and mix until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg.
- Serve hot over pasta, vegetables, or meat.
Notes
- Use fresh parmesan for best results.
- Add lemon zest for brightness or red pepper for spice.
- Store in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
